Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights isn’t just serving up frights. Today, Universal Orlando released many Stranger Things inspired food items. Stranger Things is one of the basis of a haunted house. So the food and drinks will be heavily inspired by the 80’s supernatural, Spielbergian drama.
Some of the best food items are related to Eleven’s love of waffles. Let’s check out all these great food and drink options.

This is jaw-dropping. Three waffles covered in whip cream, chocolate morsels, peanut butter morsels, and jelly beans.
11 Mini Dougnuts inspired by Eleven’s nosebleeds.

Strawberry Shortcake Waffles

Can never go wrong with waffles!

This candy corn frozen drink also features a toasted marshmallow layer. This should be a really unique drink to try!

This drink is inspired by Stranger Things, and it is non-alcoholic.
The Gnarly Twist

The Gnarly Twist combines The Totally L.I.T and Wicker Rad Punch offerings.
Christmas Tree Light Cupcakes

Pure insanity. Fudge dipped waffle sticks with the option of either sprinkles or peanuts.
A Benny’s Burger- diner from the series- will serve hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. Not to mention the fudge dipped waffle sticks.
The waffle menu will be encompassed by San Francisco Bakery (strawberry shortcake, Bananas foster, and triple decker) and Louie’s Gelato Window (pocket sundae). The signature drinks will be sold in tents around the park during the event.
Universal Studios Florida Executive Chef Tom Danboise and team came up with the delicious Stranger Things inspired creations. Danboise even watched every episode of Stranger Things season one in order three times to perfect the Halloween Horror Nights menu.
You may be wondering what Universal Studios Hollywood has to offer. They have a different Stranger Things grub lineup. Benny’s Burger, named after the family own diner from the series, is a beef burger served on a potato bun with a side of tater tots. The Upside Down Burger, features spicy queso, flamin’ hot cheetos served on a potato bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and a side of tater tots. Benny’s Chicken and Waffle Sandwich, maple aioli along with sweet and sour onions, lettuce and tomatoes, grilled chicken is served between a Kellogg’s Eggo waffles with a side of tater tots. Demorgorgon’s Totcho, tater tots with spicy queso, flamin’ hot cheetos, sour cream and scallions. They also have their version of the Triple Decker but it is called Eleven’s Waffle Extravaganza. Additional treats at Hollywood’s HHN include mini meatball subs, loaded mac n’ cheese, and Stir Fry Noodles.
These Stranger Things treats look absolutely astonishing. Maybe Universal could think about keeping Stranger Things around full time. Just a hint.
