Marvel Studios’ first-ever animated series What If…? released a trailer and new poster today announcing that the highly-anticipated series will arrive on Disney+ on August 11.
The series will ask “What If?” and reimagine pivotal moments throughout the MCU timeline. The series will feature fan-favorite characters like Peggy Carter, Howard the Duck, T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman’s final performance), Doctor Strange, Killmonger, Thor, and more. The series features Jeffrey Wright as The Watcher, who acts as a Rod Serling-type narrator for the series.
What If…? is directed by Bryan Andrews with AC Bradley as head writer.
