It was HOT! Really really HOT! The back entrance is always the way to go! Yes, you may miss the cute entrance but if you are only there for literally two days then do it. The world showcase wasn’t quite opened yet so I walked towards Canada where the view is always beautiful! I grabbed me a cheese soup, filet, and beer.

To say the least, it was so delicious! The only problem I had was the soup was so hot and it was extremely hot outside I felt like I was cooking from the inside out. Another perk was I actually had a table and didn’t have to use the top of a garbage can.
Next up was a lamb chop and it was just okay and not pretty enough for a picture. By this time I know La Cava was opening in Mexico and my mouth was watering.
Mexico by far always delivers! Margaritas, Tequila shots, guacamole and cheese dip are the best. I ended up staying in la cava to long but you always spark up conversations and meet the most incredible people from all around.

Norway let me down this year. I was so excited when I saw the bakery was back I ran in and asked for the famous Glacier shot and was told they don’t carry it anymore. Ugh, I literally wanted to throw a fit. It was always a blast taking new people in and making them take the shot without making a face to become a Viking.
I was going to try something new in China but the outside line was so long I went to the regular spot and scored a plum wine. It’s sweet and delicious.

Next up was a quick safari amber and beef tips over grits at the African outpost. It was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of spice !

Then a little shopping at some of the booths. No matter if you enjoy beer or hate it the Germany stop is a must. I love the grapefruit beer others prefer the Octoberfest. I love browsing the gift shop and watching the Clocks. After that I had a late lunch in Italy. Via Napoli pizza is simply amazing! Yes, I know it’s pizza but I can’t make a trip and not go. I ordered a pepperoni and half artichoke with a lemon drop martini.

To the good ole USA I go and yes you have to watch these incredible singers. It will give you chills.

Some hot Saki is next on the menu. Japan is so stunning to look around in. I also love doing the pick an oyster. I actually got a huge pearl this go round. One of my favorite things to do is dancing in the street with the band in Morocco. If you purchase a hip skirt in the gift shop the belly dancer almost always pulls you out and dances with you. I tried the margarita and it was pretty good, not Mexico good but yummy. The food was also seasoned pretty well.

I always have to get one of these from France. I recommend getting an extra shot. It’s more bang for your buck. It was a little late in the day when I reached United Kingdom so I grab a lager and get to hear the last song from British Revolution. I walked back to the front of Epcot rode Soarin’ and Test Track. I couldn’t just go and not ride something. Walking back to get a seat for Illuminations I stopped at the Hawaii booth and grabbed some tuna.

It was delicious! The Mai Tai was excellent as well. I end up finding a seat near the rear entrance next to the bridge. I now have a perfect view and a fast get away back to the Dolphin hotel. Illuminations was absolutely amazing as usual and I got to witness a proposal. How cool is that ?!

So I hear people ask can it be done in just one day and the answer is yes, is it better with two?! Oh yes! Bottom line is I love absolutely love the Food and Wine Festival! So much fun and I always recommend sharing to get it all done.
