After presenting their plans for re-opening to the Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force, Universal Orlando Resort projects their theme parks, Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure, will begin a phased re-opening as soon as June 1, as first reported by Scott Gustin.
This phased reopening will see employees return to the theme parks on June 1 & 2, “invited guests” (likely high-profile content creators), and Annual Passholders will join on June 3–4 and the parks will open to the general public on June 5.

Visitors to the Universal theme parks will be required to undergo a temperature check and wear a face mask. Universal Orlando will provide a free face mask if a guest doesn’t have their own.
Below are a few more details from Universal Orlando’s re-opening plan:

At this time, confirmation of this timeline is pending, and no other large Orlando-area theme park resort has presented their plans to the task force.
