Orlando Business Journal’s Richard Bilbao has reported that California-based Trion Properties has purchased the 384-unit Patterson Court complex for $107.75 million. Patterson Court was the former home to the Disney College Program before Disney moved its College Program campus to Flamingo Crossings.
Patterson Court is conveniently located between I-Drive and I-4 which provides easy access to Downtown Orlando. In a statement from Trion it was revealed Disney has a master-lease on the property through April 2023.
Trion is going to renovate the property to make it more useful for traditional multifamily residents.
