Jungle Cruise will reopen July 16, 2021, at Disneyland, with an updated experience. Jungle Cruise’s recent retooling is a part of the Disney Parks’ new initiative to make their attractions more inclusive. The Jungle Cruise at the Magic Kingdom will remain open as updates are being made. The work on the Magic Kingdom version is scheduled to be completed by this summer.
True to his reputation as the best merchant in the jungle, Trader Sam has found a way to convert the new Lost & Found location into something more profitable for the Jungle Navigation Company Ltd. So, the revamped Jungle Cruise experience will include new references to S.E.A. (Society of Explorers and Adventurers), a Trader Sam’s gift shop, and a brand-new story!
The Jungle Cruise opens July 16 at Disneyland. The updated Magic Kingdom version will open later this summer.
