The second installment of Empire Strikes Back: From A Certain Point of Viewis being released this week and to celebrate the launch and 40 years of the film, University Bookstore is hosting three special virtual events with Del Rey Editor Tom Hoeler.
These three events, from Nov. 10–12, will host authors that contributed to From A Certain Point of View and talk about their stories with Hoeler. Everyone who preorders or purchases a copy of From A Certain Point of View will be given an access code for each of the three events a few hours before they start.
The list of which authors will be speaking on each day is listed below:
Tuesday Nov. 10: Mark Oshiro, Emily Skrutskie, C.B. Lee, Delilah S. Dawson, Amy Ratcliffe, and Michael Moreci.
Wednesday Nov. 11: Charles Yu, Jason Fry, Mike Chen, Catherynne M. Valente, Josh Jackson Miller, Tracy Deonn, and Zoraida Cordova.
Thursday Nov. 12: Lilliam Rivera, Brittany N. Williams, Rob Hart, Karen Strong, Lydia Kang, and Django Wexler.
