Today Disney Parks Blog revealed more about the Sebastian’s Bistro that will be coming to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. The former restaurant was Shutters on Old Port Royale.
Appetizers

Here are some appetizers that were revealed for the new restaurant. The first is Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls (served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil), and to the right in the picture is the Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce or the Arepa with slow-cooked pork and chili-mango barbecue sauce. Both are very diverse appetizers that will be unique to Sebastian’s Bistro.

Vegan Options

The menu will also boast several vegan options that include Island Curry “Eggless” Vegan Sandwich served on multigrain bread and Plant-based Bahn Mi Sandwich with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, and Miso-Sriracha mayonnaise.

Desserts
The kid’s menu at Sebastian’s Bistro features similar meals. Including Jamaican meat pies, Shrimp skewer, and Jerk chicken. Sebastian’s Bistro will also serve a variety of drinks from mocktails to real life cocktails.

Sebastian’s Bistro will be a vibrant restaurant that has abstract art and underwater landscapes. Disney Parks Blog also teased the possibility that Sebastian may be somewhere in this restaurant. Although we don’t know in what capacity. This new restaurant sounds promising and should bring more attention to the current reimagining at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Having Sebastian’s Bistro will also be good due to Disney’s Riviera Resort is currently being constructed nearby.
