Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind was announced at the D23 Expo on August 25. The new coaster, which is coming to Epcot in Walt Disney World, will feature the first reverse launching system that Disney has ever created. The coaster’s ride vehicles will also rotate 360 degrees.
Mr_Rollercoaster on themepark.nl leaked images of the new ride vehicles, which have only been seen as concept art until now. The ride vehicles are being tested at a Vekoma testing center in the Netherlands.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has an anticipated opening in fall 2021. There’s no storyline about the coaster has been revealed, but there will probably be a fantastic soundtrack to back it up!
