Late in the runDisney race season comes the Princess Half Marathon Weekend. On February 24th and 25th everyone who identifies as a Princess or a fan of one can head out to Orlando to take part in the three separate events or a combination thereof.
RunDisney has just announced this year’s themes for the event.

The 5k on Friday, February 23rd will be a fin-tastic run with Princess Ariel and her friends in the Ariel’s 5k race. (Legs recommended over mer-fins, but not strictly required.)

The 10k, also on Friday will be a test of your hair ribbons as you try not to trip over your version of Rapunzel’s extraordinary locks in the Tangled Up 10k event.

On Saturday, the centerpiece race, Tiana’s Almost There Half Marathon will force you to earn those beignets you’ll be eating afterwards.

Finally, completion of the 10k and the Half will win you a medal commemorating Anna and Elsa’s Fairytale Challenge. (I suggest shoes averse to slipping on ice.)
General Registration opens June 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET at runDisney.
