Earlier this year Pixar started its SparkShort program. SparkShort is a series of low budget shorts from the studio’s staff. Pixar is hoping that the program will cultivate new talent, and continue on the great Pixar legacy.
Well, a new Pixar short Purl was released today. About a pink ball of yarn working in a male-centered start-up, and what she does to fit in. The short is definitely not rated G but that’s fine.

Pixar also posted on their Instagram about Purl. The photo was Purl’s official poster:

Caption: Purl will leave you in stitches. Get a first look at #SparkShorts on YouTube.com/DisneyPixar, with more coming to Disney+ later in 2019.
So Disney is releasing Pixar SparkShorts on Disney+? That’s some pretty fun content for Pixar lovers.
Purl was written and directed by Kristen Lester.
