The planet we saw in the first The Last Jedi trailer Crait will be a new Star Tours destination. The new scene will come to Disneyland and Walt Disney World on November 17. Disneyland Paris will receive the update November 22, followed by Tokyo Disneyland on December 22.
At this point it’s still a mystery about the planet Crait. The only thing we know is that it’s the home of a Resistance base and a gigantic battle breaks out between The First Order and The Resistance. So Disney will have plenty material to create a Star Tours scene from. I’m assuming The Last Jedi Star Tours scene will be fairly simple so things about the upcoming film don’t get revealed.
Star Tours is a motion based simulator attraction at Disney Parks. The attraction takes you to exciting locales in the galaxy. If you are lucky you will see a few famed characters too.
