A new day time parade has been announced this morning at the D23 Expo featuring many characters, new floats, and an all-new original song.
Following the closing of Mickey’s Soundsational Parade earlier this year, it has been expected that a new parade would be debuting soon. Soundsational premiered in California in 2011 and has since been consistently running ever since, including a large overhaul.
The new parade, potentially titled: Magic Happens, will be a completely new concept featuring floats so far dedicated to Moana, Coco, and Sleeping Beauty.
Though many more floats are to be featured in the parade, none have been revealed at this time.
The day time spectacle of magic will be driven by an entirely new set of music and lyrics written by Todrick Hall.
For now, Disneyland Resort guests can experience the Main Street Electrical Parade up until this upcoming spring.
