With a serious Dexter’s Labratory/Powerpuff Girls vibe, the first trailer for Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur brings comic legend Jack Kirby’s classic T-Rex and Brandon Montclare and Amy Reeder’s New Jersey-based Inhuman into a television series that looks like sheer giddy fun.
The series follows 13-year-old super-genius Lunella and the T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur, that she accidentally brings into present-day New York City.
Diamond White is the voice behind Lunella and Fred Tatasciore plays Devil Dinosaur. The star-studded cast also includes Maya Hawke, Cobie Smulders, Luis Guzmán, Laurence Fishburne as The Beyonder, Daveed Diggs, and more.
The animated series premieres in February 2023.
The trailer was dropped at D23’s Epic Entertainment Showcase and you can check it out below.
