Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) will return to Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Orlando on select nights from September 1 to October 31.
Universal has announced that The Last of Us is coming to Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) this year on both coasts! This will be one of the headlining houses of the event and will be based on the game and not the recent TV show that aired on HBO earlier this year. The other rumored headliner house could be based on Stranger Things with Vecna terrifying guests.
Universal Studios Hollywood also released details on tickets for the event this year.

There will be eight houses, the terror tram, and three scare zones. We know two of the houses, Chucky and The Last of Us, and Universal will reveal the rest over the coming months.

As always they have the Frequent Fear Passes as well as Express and Express Unlimited.

Something that is new this year is that if you get the After 2 pm combo ticket you will get access to Super Nintendo World from 7 pm-10 pm during the event. This is very cool and interesting because if you recall, Harry Potter was not open during HHN for the first few years, so it is awesome that guests will have access to Nintendo in its first year of existence. No other ticket type to HHN will grant you access to Super Nintendo World.

Also, new this year is an upcharge for Early Entry. In previous years, Early Entry was included with your ticket, but this year if you want to get into the event 90 minutes early you will have to pay. Prices start at $10 but those are really only for Wednesdays and Thursdays. All weekend prices range between $15-$25 in addition to the purchase of a regular ticket. Early Entry is included in the 2 pm combo ticket.
