The new make-your-own crepe location will be near the new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. The Crêperie will feature the cuisine of celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, who curated the menu for Chef’s de France. The new quick-service place will serve savory and sweet crepes.
Crepes are soon to be a popular item within Disney Parks. I expect Disney to create some wild flavors for this new location. From my experience crepes can be either really good or bad.

This is part of the multi-year transformation of Epcot, and the further development of Epcot’s World Showcase. The France pavilion is shaping up nicely. A Beauty and the Beast sing-along experience and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, where guests will become the size of a rat and go along on an adventure with Remy across Gusteau’s kitchen. The attraction will be trackless and use a mixture of screens and props.
Boardwalk Times will continue to report on the future of Epcot and the developments of the France pavilion.
