You can now reserve access to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Starting today you will be able to obtain FastPass+ options for the attraction via the My Disney Experience app. The official date of FastPass+ starting at the attraction is February 19.
The new FastPass+ tier will be Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run or Slinky Dog Dash. Then the next tier of plans you can add on to are Toy Story Mania, Alien Swirling Saucers, Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Fantasmic! and more.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is your very own Star Wars adventure inside the most famous ship in the Star Wars galaxy. The attraction allows you to be assigned to one of the three roles: Pilot, Gunner, or Flight Engineer.
Disney also confirmed that Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge top attraction Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will continue the virtual queue system yet the Disney Parks Blog did acknowledge that Disney may include the attraction in the FastPass+ service in the near future.
I would say good luck getting a FastPass for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and just wait until Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance becomes FastPass+ compatible. Disney will have to upgrade their My Disney Experience app before that for sure.
